Terms of Use
Effective date: January 1, 2025. These terms apply to your use of the ZephyrCrumb Institute website and its bakery education information.
1. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully, respectfully, and for personal or authorized organizational learning research. Do not interfere with the service, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent an affiliation.
2. Course information
Course descriptions, prices, formats, and durations are provided for planning and may change as curriculum is reviewed. Catalog information is not a guarantee of a particular baking result or professional outcome.

4. Cart and saved items
The Cart and Fallows features are browser-based planning tools. They do not complete payment, reserve a place, or create enrollment until a separate written arrangement is confirmed.
5. Intellectual property
ZephyrCrumb Institute owns or licenses the site’s original text, layout, marks, and instructional materials. You may read and use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce or sell them without written permission.
6. Contact submissions
Information submitted through the contact form must be accurate and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party material. We may decline requests that cannot be safely or appropriately handled.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but provide it on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, ZephyrCrumb Institute is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on website information or interruptions.
